Our client is one of Spain¿s most well respected fresh produce suppliers to the UK. Due to extensive expansion and great international success they are now looking to recruit a Farms Director to take full responsibility for all farm operations in the area.

You would be overseeing all tasks that would enable the business to be operating at the optimum level possible. Key tasks will include technical compliance, chairing all health and safety meetings, liaising with growers and staff, as well as communicating ideas and news to the local community.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in a general management post within the fresh produce or agricultural sector. You will be a quick thinker and not afraid of the hard work that comes from a challenge. Good working knowledge of Spanish is essencial.
